We are pleased to announce that we now have a new low vision aid available for demonstration. We have in our office new equipment, the VideoEye!®, that can help those with visual impairments a great deal.

Call our New Bern office to schedule a free demonstration.

The VideoEye!® uses a magnifying camera to create an image on a large screen. This makes material easier to see by both magnifying objects and making them brighter. The system renders in full, natural color. It has automatic focus and light adjustment. In fact, it is so automatic that it only has one control -- an on-off switch -- making it very easy to learn to use.

Because the viewing head is mounted on a precisely balanced spring arm, it can be moved easily to anywhere within a seven foot diameter  with just a feather touch. And once moved, it will stay in place without sagging or floating up -- making it ideal for activities which require two hands.

Many VideoEye! users use their systems several hours each day, and have told us that they just don't know what they would do without it.  The VideoEye! is especially helpful for those people who have had to give up activities that they love because of deteriorating vision. Up to 25X magnification The object of a magnifying system is to make things appear larger. Because of this, the VideoEye! system uses a 27 inch high-resolution color monitor.  With about 360 square inches of viewing area, it shows nearly four times as much material in a single screen as a 14 inch monitor (which typically has about 104 square inches of viewing area).

If you, or someone you love suffer from low vision, let us show you the new independence a VideoEye! can give you. Discover what you've been missing!
